At CMM, we take pride in our best in class manufacturing capabilities, our quality driven business model, and our customer focused service.
At CMM, our focus is and always has been the medical device market. With heavy early investments in our quality system and infrastructure, CMM has positioned itself as a premier contract manufacturing partner. Our company’s design and development capabilities are numerous and we have several patents granted for our successful products. While our facility is geared to handle manufacturing and assembly of medical devices, there are always opportunities to order custom single parts or components.

The Management Team
Patrick received a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from The University of Massachusetts at Amherst and has over twenty five years experience in the medical device industry. Patrick began his career at United States Surgical Corporation advancing to the position of Senior Manager for the Mechanical Products Division. During his career with USSC, Patrick gained extensive exposure to and experience in medical device packaging, mechanical product assembly, product and design transfers, pilot to production scale ups, and Lean Manufacturing methodology. As part of the Product Transfer Team, Patrick gained a valuable understanding of what it takes to successfully transfer product lines from one facility to another. Patrick left USSC in 2001 to join Doctor’s Research Group, Inc. (DRG), a small struggling medical device startup. Heading up the company’s contract manufacturing division, Patrick was instrumental in building DRG’s manufacturing capabilities. In 2007, Patrick and Dr. Deslauriers formed Contract Medical Manufacturing. Over the past 12 years Patrick has focused his efforts on growing the business from a small specialty manufacturer into a full service medical device contract manufacturer.
