About Us

At CMM, we take pride in our best in class manufacturing capabilities, our quality driven business model, and our customer focused service.

At CMM, our focus is and always has been the medical device market. With heavy early investments in our quality system and infrastructure, CMM has positioned itself as a premier contract manufacturing partner. Our company’s design and development capabilities are numerous and we have several patents granted for our successful products. While our facility is geared to handle manufacturing and assembly of medical devices, there are always opportunities to order custom single parts or components.

PARTNER WITH CONTRACT MEDICAL MANUFACTURING

CMM is a premier full service contract manufacturer.  We specialize in mechanical and electrical/mechanical assembly of class 1 and class 2 sterile and non sterile devices.  In addition to assembly work we also offer our partners a single source partner  for purchasing, incoming inspection, warehousing, device  testing , packaging,  labeling and where needed management of the sterilization process through third party sterilization facilities.   With roots back to 2000, CMM was formed in 2007 as a spin off of Doctors Research Group, Inc. Initially an R&D oriented machining supplier, CMM has grown and developed into a full service contract manufacturer capable of providing their customers with a true outsourcing partner. CMM offers an array of specialized services to choose from, including:

  • Supply Chain Management, including Supplier Identification, Qualification, and Performance Monitoring
  • PSW/PPAP supplier controls
  • Inventory Management (Raw Materials, Components and Finished Goods)
  • Process Development and Validation
  • MiniTab Statistical Analysis Software
  • Device Assembly and Test
  • Packaging (Sterile and Non- Sterile)
  • Product Labeling

CMM  manufactures and assembles medical devices to customer specifications in compliance with FDA 21CFR part 820 and ISO 13485:2016 requirements to give you the highest quality products.  Everything is manufactured in a quality-driven environment and within the most cost-effective process.

CMM strives  to develop a partnership with each of our customers.  From the initial concept phase to the finished product, the CMM team works closely with our customers throughout the entire medical device design and development process.  From Fortune 100 customers to startup clients, CMM is your co-development partner, not just an outsourced service provider.

CMM is prepared to handle all of your needs, including supplier qualification, purchasing, incoming  inspection, warehousing, assembly, testing, packaging, and distribution.  Our employees don’t simply do their jobs, they excel at problem solving and streamlining the production process.
